Christen Clifford (Romy in The Woman Before) has worked for New York theatres like The Town Hall, The Public Theater, Classic Stage Company, HERE, Soho Rep, The Culture Project as well as regionally and internationally. TV: Guiding Light (ABC), As The World Turns (CBS) and The Story Of America (A&E). Film includes the award-winning MerchanT/Venice. Writing: Salon, Nerve, Identity Theory and several anthologies; also fellowships/residencies from Virginia Center for the Creative Arts, Ragdale Foundation and Vermont Studio Center. She is a visiting scholar at New York University/TSOA and a member of The Hourglass Group Solo Lab. Clifford’s most recent solo performance, BabyLove, had its premiere in Ljubljana, Slovenia in October 2005 and will be produced in NY at Center Stage in June.
